"Having 24-hour access is a massive perk—it definitely takes the "I don't have time" excuse off the table when you can head in at 2:00 AM if the mood strikes. A clean environment and well-maintained equipment are also those "make or break" factors that keep a workout from feeling like a chore.
The walking track is a nice touch, too. It’s perfect for a solid warm-up or for getting those steps in when the Iowa weather isn't cooperating. Plus all of the other extras offered."
